Open Studio

This is a minimally structured time to come in and have your yoga asana questions answered. Experienced yoga teachers will be available during this time to help you trouble shoot your poses, finding variations and nuances to help you create both ease and effort in your practice. Each session will have a different pose or movement the instructor is prepared to talk about but anything is fair game.

These are appropriate for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

How does it work?

Sign up and stop by! That’s it. You can stay for the whole time, or just a few minutes! However, long you need.
