You don’t stop moving because you get old, you get old because you stop moving.
What if you could move again without feeling "old?"
Stay active, mobile, and vibrant so you can fully enjoy traveling, keep up with your kids (and grandkids) — and everything else you've been wanting to do. Yoga Therapy can help you blossom into the prime of your life.
Maybe it's been a while since you were active. Or you have a “thing,” like cranky knees, a pinchy shoulder, or lower back or hip pain. Or you think you're not naturally athletic. And you've just resigned yourself to the fact that this is what it feels like to get old.
But actually — it's not too late.
You CAN live pain free.
You CAN feel more energetic.
You CAN say yes to adventure trips and pickelball and going to the gym.
You CAN change your body, get stronger, and be more active (even at YOUR age).
It's not too late for you.
There are a couple of ways we can work together:
Introducing
Movement Improvement: Move Well to Move Often
Movement Improvement is a yoga therapy program that uses movement and breath to help you identify the causes of your stiffness and discomfort, then develop an actionable strategy and skills to relieve pain, gain mobility, and manage stress.
Movement Improvement goes beyond just building strength or flexibility, and uses a holistic approach to improve your overall well-being.
It's for you if
You've been meaning to get back to the gym or other activity, but pain or an old injury has stopped you
You're over 40, but some days you feel like you're over 80
You're ready to take manageable steps to get results

What is Yoga Therapy?
Although all yoga can be therapeutic, Yoga Therapy is a specific application of the tools of yoga (breath, movement and stillness) to address the health and well-being of individuals. Working with a Yoga Therapist is kind of like “Therapy 2.0”. Unlike general yoga classes, yoga therapy is personalized to your specific health conditions, needs, and goals.
Some reasons to work with a Yoga Therapist:
Recovering from a injury or surgery
Manage chronic pain or other conditions
Regulate nervous system and support mental health and well-being
Alongside, or following, regular physical therapy to support and maximize outcomes

Here’s what people are saying:
My time with you was invaluable as I navigated the season. You and yoga therapy helped me understand the changes in my body through age/use and injury/abuse and how I prepare and perform for my jobs. Physically, you helped me understand how my surgery impacted my core movements, which helped me identify what I could do and what I shouldn’t. It gave me a solid foundation of what I could do to prepare for activity, triggers to watch out for, and strategies for coping with flare ups post activity. Mentally, you helped me, most importantly, to embrace the mantra "listen to your body." I'm definitely a work in progress, but I'm worlds ahead of where I was and have the tools to get where I want to go. THANK YOU!!!!
Kelli worked with me on a back condition. Our work together made me so much more aware of how I moved. The moves and poses she suggested really started the process of relieving the discomfort. I had also already scheduled time with a PT who commented on the "high quality of my form" with the exercises she assigned. I completely attribute that to my work with Kelli. I have continued to incorporate those moves and poses to maintain my fitness level.
Through yoga therapy I learned techniques to strengthen my body to perform tasks my mind was telling me were too hard. A wonderful trip to Europe was accomplished by yoga therapy. No pain stopped me from walking!
