Movement Improvement Series: Move Well to Move Often


The body is brilliant, it will choose the path of least resistance and avoid the things that don’t feel good. It just makes sense! When it feels good to move, you are more likely to move! Learn how to improve your awareness, decrease pain and move better so you move longer.

Yoga is a foundational piece of training and compliments other physical disciplines so it’s the perfect place to start.

In this 6-week series we’ll cover topics like aging v pseudo-aging, fascia, anatomy of the shoulders and hip, how stress effects our movement patterns and pain management.

Each week has a learning objective and movements to explore. In this small group environment, participants will have an opportunity to build skills and a toolbox to empower moving with greater ease and grace.

Next session is in the evenings, beginning July 31st.
