In this workshop, we'll work to strengthen and mobilize your feet (and the brain that controls them). Part lecture, part lab, come ready to learn about the structure of your feet as we move through exercises testing their connection to your brain.
The rest of your body will be glad you did, too!
Please bring a pair of your comfiest socks (not the holey ones, though)! Plantar fasciitis and all levels welcome :)
