A dynamic yoga series
We’ll move, then rest, during these two yoga classes at the end of the semester. Teens are preparing for finals in the midst of the holiday season. Set aside two hours to rest the body and mind.
With society running at record pace and a device always within arms reach, it’s important for teens to carve out quiet time to reset body and mind. The mindful focus of a yoga practice translates into improved coping skills and decreased anxiety.
